The role
As People Business Partner at Kustom, you play a key role in strengthening our performance culture and supporting sustainable growth. You will partner closely with leaders and teams to ensure that our People initiatives are aligned with business priorities and contribute directly to execution and results.
This is a hands-on and business facing role, positioned at the intersection of strategy and day-to-day operations. You will work alongside managers to drive clarity in expectations, strengthen accountability and ensure that our People frameworks are implemented with consistency and impact.
You will support leaders in navigating employee matters with professionalism and sound judgment, while also contributing to the continuous development of our People practices across the employee lifecycle. As Kustom evolves, you help ensure that structure, fairness and performance standards scale with the business.
The context may shift as we grow, but the core mission remains the same: to build a structured, transparent and business-aligned people experience that enables high performance and long-term success.
This role will join our People & Culture Team in Sweden for a temporary employment during a 15-month parental cover starting in May 2026.
