The role

As a Management Associate at Kustom, you’ll work directly with our CEO and leadership team to shape and execute our strategic agenda. You’ll act as a trusted analytical partner, helping us navigate key strategic questions, evaluate new opportunities and build the structures that support long term growth. This role is ideal for someone with early top tier consulting experience who wants to accelerate their impact in a fast growing tech environment.

Things you'll be doing

• Leading and supporting strategic analyses across the company, from market mapping to product and commercial strategy
• Driving work related to growth initiatives, including new business exploration, geographic expansion and scaling opportunities
• Supporting M&A activities such as market scans, target assessments, financial modeling and due diligence
• Developing insights and recommendations that help the CEO and leadership team make high quality and data driven decisions
• Structuring complex problems, creating clarity from ambiguity and translating analysis into actionable strategic direction
• Monitoring internal performance and highlighting key drivers, risks and opportunities
• Contributing to internal strategic communication and building narratives around priorities and long term direction

Skills and experience you'll need

• Academic degree in business, engineering or another relevant field
• 1–2+ years of experience from top tier management consulting or a similar strategy focused role
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to break down complex questions and synthesize clear insights
• Experience working with strategic growth topics such as market analysis, business case development, financial modeling or due diligence
• Comfort working closely with senior stakeholders in fast moving environments
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• A high degree of self-sufficiency and ownership - you’re able to run with problems independently and take full accountability for outcomes
