The role
We’re looking for a Senior Product Delivery to join our Product & Tech team. In this role, you’ll own the operational backbone of a 50+ person org - from structuring documentation and orchestrating delivery workflows to driving automation and ensuring seamless cross-team collaboration.
You’ll act as the central coordinator between Product, Engineering, Commercial and Support. You’ll build and maintain our Notion workspace, implement best practice agile ceremonies and ensure everything from planning to delivery happens smoothly, efficiently and on time. Your work will be instrumental in scaling our product organization and enabling teams to operate at peak productivity.

Our Product & Tech teams are based in Stockholm, where we prioritize in-person collaboration to move fast and stay tightly aligned.
Things you'll be doing
- Own and evolve our Notion workspace as the central source of truth for the entire Product & Tech org
- Lead delivery processes, best practice agile ceremonies and cross-functional coordination for key product initiatives
- Drive automation efforts using tools like Make, Zapier, and Notion API to eliminate manual work
- Manage calendars, meetings, and strategic documentation across the department
- Ensure documentation standards are met and continuously improved
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering and Business stakeholders to align teams and priorities
- Translate strategic direction from CPO/CTO into actionable plans, tools, and routines
Skills and experience you'll need
- 5+ years experience in operational delivery, program management or similar roles in tech organizations
- Deep hands-on experience structuring complex systems in Notion
- Strong command of tools like Slack, Make, Zapier and Notion API
- Solid understanding of agile delivery methods and cross-functional team dynamics
- Proven ability to build scalable documentation systems and process infrastructure
- Experience running and optimizing recurring meetings and delivery routines
- Comfortable navigating both technical and business contexts and driving alignment across them
