The role
As our Commercial Operations Manager, you'll be the driving force behind our commercial processes, working directly with our CCO. You'll be instrumental in building and optimizing our sales operations, ensuring our commercial teams operate efficiently and effectively.
Things you'll be doing
- Lead and implement sales operations processes
- Manage and optimize our CRM system to ensure data accuracy and effectiveness
- Build and maintain Notion processes for the commercial team
- Develop and maintain pricing negotiation processes and sales cycle workflows
- Collaborate with internal teams to implement and improve technical integrations
- Document and standardize commercial processes
Skills and experience you'll need
- Technical proficiency and understanding of system integrations
- Strong process-oriented mindset
- Experience with CRM systems and sales operations tools
- Commercial acumen and understanding of sales processes
