The role
As a Delivery Manager, you will be the driving force behind our largest customers’ and partners’ successful integration into the Kustom environment. You’ll collaborate closely with Partner Managers and the Sales team to engage, explain, and promote our product offerings. In this role, you will act as the key link between customer requirements and our product teams’ roadmap, translating business needs into technical solutions. Your ability to clearly explain our APIs and integration processes, combined with a deep understanding of what drives value for both Kustom and its customers, will be critical to success.
Things you'll be doing
- Serve as the primary technical counterpart for our partners and customers
- Educate partners on the full scope of Kustom’s offerings
- Project manage the integration of Kustom’s products, both existing and new, into partner systems
- Validate and test integrations to ensure they meet our high-quality standards
- Troubleshoot and support customers and partners in resolving integration issues
Skills and experience you'll need
- Proven experience in e-commerce, SaaS environments, and API integrations
- Technical project management expertise
- Familiarity with the payment landscape is an advantage
