The role
As an Account Manager for partners and platforms, you’ll play a key role in scaling Kustom’s Checkout solution to both new and existing merchants who want to enhance their commerce experience. The team manages around 30 strategic local and global partnerships, you will manage relationships that drive significant business for Kustom. These partnerships are vital to Kustom’s success, and you’ll be responsible for fostering and growing these relationships.
Things you'll be doing
- Own the commercial relationships with your assigned partners, ensuring their technical roadmap aligns with Kustom’s goals in collaboration with the Delivery Manager
- Represent Kustom at partner events, ensuring strong brand visibility both at the events and within partner channels
- Collaborate with a Marketing Manager to drive joint communications and expand our mutual business opportunities
Skills and experience you'll need
- Experience in e-commerce, partner management, and a solid technical understanding are ideal
- Familiarity with the payments landscape is a plus
