The role
As Business Developer at Kustom, you'll be at the forefront of our ambitious expansion plans, focusing on high-value strategic accounts that are crucial to our continued growth and long-term success. This role is perfect for a dynamic professional who thrives on building and nurturing relationships with major accounts while driving strategic growth initiatives.
In this pivotal position, you'll work directly with our executive team, playing a key role in shaping and executing our growth strategy. You'll be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and securing partnerships with enterprise-level clients, leveraging your expertise to position Kustom as the go-to solution for seamless commerce experiences.
Your ability to understand complex business needs, articulate our value proposition, and navigate intricate decision-making processes will be essential. You'll be the driving force behind significant deals that not only contribute to our bottom line but also enhance our market position and industry influence.
Things you'll be doing
- Manage and nurture relationships with key enterprise accounts
- Develop and implement strategies to grow our portfolio of major clients
- Present Kustom Checkout's advanced payment solutions to high-value prospects
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities for client expansion
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure premium client experience and retention
- Execute churn prevention measures, including strategic deal re-negotiations
- Identify and manage expansion opportunities within existing accounts
- Drive new sales and increase market share through competitive strategies
Skills and experience you'll need
- Minimum of 4 years experience in enterprise sales with a proven track, preferably in the payments industry
- Deep understanding of payment methods and commercial models in fintech
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build relationships quickly
- Tech-savvy individual passionate about innovative payment solutions
- Experience of working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Fluency in Swedish, along with excellent English communication skills
