The role
As the Content Marketer at Kustom, you'll play a vital role in building and implementing content strategies that speak directly to our diverse merchant segments. You'll be at the forefront of producing high-quality content and compelling narratives to attract and retain customers. This position involves collaboration across teams such as Commercial, Product, and Customer Service to align content strategies with Kustom's business objectives.
In this pivotal position, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing content strategies across owned and paid channels, producing SEO-optimized content to drive merchant acquisition, and creating compelling case studies that highlight Kustom's value to prospective merchants.
Things you'll be doing
- Develop and implement content strategies across owned and paid channels, targeting various merchant segments
- Produce SEO-optimized content to drive merchant acquisition and increase online visibility
- Create compelling case studies and success stories that highlight Kustom's value to prospective merchants
- Develop educational content to support merchants in implementing and using Kustom's checkout solutions
- Collaborate with product teams to effectively communicate technical features in merchant-friendly language
- Work with designers and copywriters to produce high-quality content
Skills and experience you'll need
- 4+ years of experience in B2B content marketing, preferably in fintech or similar industries
- Proven ability to produce clear, concise, and engaging content that translates complex product information into merchant benefits
- Experience with SEO and content optimization
- Familiarity with CMS platforms
- Data-driven approach to content strategy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clarity and adaptability for different merchant needs
- Experience with marketing automation tools.
